Management portals and point-of-sale workflows that keep sales, stock, customers and staff in one place.
Fast business websites that explain what you do, and web applications that do real work for your team or customers.
Practical AI assistance inside the tools you already use — summaries, drafts and suggestions that a person reviews.
Search visibility, social media and content routines that a small team can keep up week after week.
Your counter, your office, your website and your social media can share the same information. We help you connect them in the order that makes sense for your business.
We learn how work actually happens today, who does what, and what slows it down.
We agree what should connect, where AI can help, and where a person must decide.
Screens, data and integrations built in small steps you can see and comment on.
We test with your real tasks, train your team and launch carefully.
We agree together what ongoing support and improvements you need.
These are concepts to start a conversation, not client projects. Every real system is shaped around the business using it.

Enquiries become projects with clear owners, tasks and a progress summary ready to share.
A monthly plan, drafts for approval, and a simple view of which posts bring enquiries.

We start with a conversation about your business, the work you want to improve and the tools you use today. From that we write a short scope: what will be built, what is left for later, and the main risks. Estimates follow the scope, not the other way round.
Often, yes. Many businesses keep their accounting software or a familiar app and connect it to a new portal. We check what your current tools allow (exports, integrations, APIs) before recommending a replacement.
For anything that affects money, stock or customers, the AI prepares a draft or suggestion and a person approves it. We test with examples from your work before launch, and we tell you plainly where AI is likely to make mistakes.
A website mainly explains your business and helps people contact you. A web app lets people sign in and do something — place an order, track a job, approve a request. Many businesses need a good website first and a web app later.
Usually a computer or tablet at the counter, a reliable internet connection, and optionally a barcode scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer. We confirm billing and tax requirements with you and your accountant during discovery.
The number of workflows, users and integrations, how much data needs to be moved, and whether hardware is involved. We share an estimate after the scoping conversation; we do not use one fixed price list for every business.
We can discuss using WhatsApp for business updates to customers who have agreed to receive them, through the official business tools. We do not support unsolicited bulk messaging.
Tell us how your business runs today and what you’d like to change. We’ll reply with honest next steps.
